The Journey

I might not be in the best of places
But I sure do tie these laces
Perplexed by the extent
Not trapped in that place without intent
Still on the journey
Definitely have to win this tourney
Time, time, time
Never lost track of its constant chime
Jehovah, now he brings the religious
Never neglecting the dimension of the prestigious
Humbled by the concept of humility
These laces have ne’er been tied by ability
Reflections, reflections, reflections
Never discard the concept of refractions
Leaping o’er walls, running through troops
Scaling through obstacles, unperturbed how his face droops
Light and darkness
The reality of existence
Chosen before light and darkness
Yea, before the reality of existence
Every journey travelled
Begins and ends, or forever baffled
Rest, rest, rest.
