The dimensions of mortal existence
Nada ever achieved without persistence
With hearts, heads and hands open, change is embraced
The boundaries of mortality; constantly engaged
Men are always groping
Seeking out the Pierian Spring, often hesitating
Stability be the insurance of our day
Hold tenaciously to that which is your dream as the sun its ray
Never lose hold of that which is
Ephemeral talk of men; pathway to the dreamless abyss
Strengthen that which is your core
Look within intently extract thy ore
Walking with head high and feet in the sands of time
Greatness sought, greatness achieved; perpetuity dances to its chime
Carved out in stone
Names beyond oblivion; after the dying bone
Graves hold dust never the essence
Spirits serenading sounds signaling the presence
Man dies, good and bad name survives,
Nay! It’s the name the Spirit revives
Live a life worthy of the call,
So when mortals traverse the eternal boulevard of fame’s hall, thou art there etched on the wall
